Refund policy

Every America Is Back hat is embroidered to order just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for fit or change of mind. Please check the size guide before you order: S/M fits 21 1/4 to 22 3/4 in and L/XL fits 22 3/8 to 23 7/8 in.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items

If your hat arrives damaged, defective, with an embroidery error, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows your order hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll help sort it out. If the shipping address on the order was entered incorrectly, a replacement may need to be paid for.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to stop it before it's made. Once a hat is in production, it can't be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.
