When will my hat ship?

Each hat is embroidered to order and usually ships within 2 to 5 business days. US delivery then takes about 3 to 5 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

What sizes are there?

Two stretch-fit sizes: S/M fits 21 1/4 to 22 3/4 in, and L/XL fits 22 3/8 to 23 7/8 in. Measure around your head just above the ears.

When is shipping free?

Shipping is free on any order of 2 or more hats. A single hat ships for a flat $5.99. We don't ship outside the US yet.

Do you have a deal for more than one hat?

Yes. Buy 2 and save $6, or buy 3 and save $16, and shipping is free on 2 or more hats. Everything applies automatically in your cart, no code needed.

Can I return or exchange it?

Because each hat is made to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for fit or change of mind. If it arrives damaged, defective, with an embroidery error, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it free. See our refund policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it goes into production.
